Value...

People join a business if it has a value to them. It doesn't matter what you think about your product or service; what matters is what the other person thinks how the product or the service is a value to them. The best way you can learn what the other person’s values are by asking questions. Once you know the person you are talking to you can know if what you have will be a benefit to them.

Building relationships with other people should be natural. It needs to be sincere. People will decide to be your friend, work with you or have any type of relationship with you when they know that you are on there side.

Building relationships may come easy to some people and other people have to work a little harder to build relationships. Some people sponsor many people in their business; while other people struggle to sponsor anyone in their business. The best way to learn how to build a business is by showing a person you care about them and you can point them to something that is a value to them.

People join a business not just for the products or services. They join a business because you show them how the product and service will help them accomplish fix or avoid something in their life.

If you would like to be able to sponsor more people in your business there is help out there for you. http://www.leadersclub.com/32099/8great/index.asp
