Communication is an important skill to learn in order to move forward in any business. In order to make a net profit you need to have customers that find your service or product is important for them to purchase. How do you share your service is the best service for them. It is through communication.
We communicate by either writing or by speaking and/or listening. All of these areas are important and the skill needs to be developed. You will know when you are improving when you get more people that are qualified for your services and/or products interested in purchasing your products and/or services.
